Student Redressal Process
Photocopy
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Click on "Login" link to login. Please contact support to receive your username and password. |
| 2 | After successful login, click on "Form" link in the left menu and select "Apply / Show". |
| 3 | Select exam season and click on "Apply" button. A redressal form will be created and you will be redirected to the form. |
| 4 | Select subject for photocopy and click on "Go to payments" |
| 5 | Click on "Pay" button. You will be redirected to payment gateway. Do not refresh page during this step. |
| 6 | After successful payment, your application is submitted. Please wait for the university to scan and upload your answer paper. |
Revaluation
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | To apply for revaluation, you need to first apply for photocopy. |
| 2 | After answer paper is uploaded, revaluation checkbox is enabled. |
| 3 | Select subjects for revaluation and click on "Go to payments" |
| 4 | "Pay" button will appear again to pay revaluation fee online. Do not refresh page during this step. |
| 5 | After successful payment of revaluation fee, your application will be revaluated. |
| 6 | Revaluation marks and PDF will be available after revaluation. |
